How do I contact Seronal?
Email hello@seronal.com with your order number, the email you used at checkout, and a short note about what you need.
When will my order ship?
Processing and shipping times vary by product and carrier. Any estimate shown at checkout is just that, an estimate, not a guarantee.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes, we will send tracking once it is available.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as you can. We cannot promise a change once an order has started processing, so please double-check your address at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will sort out the next step with you.
Can I return an opened product?
Many of our products are personal-care, bath, body, and scent items, so opened or used pieces usually cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Are Seronal products intended to treat medical conditions?
No. Seronal products are made for home, scent, and everyday self-care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
