Seronal is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Seronal products are offered for home, scent, self-care, bath, body, skincare, rest, and everyday ritual use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Seronal reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, shipping limitations, or inaccurate product information.

Your order is not accepted until Seronal confirms acceptance. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation or address-change requests once an order has entered processing or fulfilment.

If we decline, cancel, or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at checkout.

Seronal currently ships within the United States.

Seronal may work with third-party suppliers, fulfilment partners, and shipping carriers to prepare and deliver orders. Processing, fulfilment, and shipping times may vary by product, supplier, order volume, destination, carrier conditions, and other factors outside Seronal’s direct control.

Any processing or delivery estimate shown on a product page, checkout page, order confirmation, carrier page, supplier listing, or related communication is an estimate only and is not a guarantee. These timelines may be set or changed by suppliers, fulfilment partners, shipping carriers, or marketplace systems at their discretion.

Seronal is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, fulfilment partners, carriers, weather, labour disruptions, address errors, or other events outside our direct control. However, if your order appears delayed, damaged, missing, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue and help determine the next available step.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, replacement, refund, or reshipment eligibility may depend on the supplier, carrier, order status, and circumstances.

The Services, including but not limited to trademarks, branding, text, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, page layouts, and design elements, are owned by Seronal, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, or applicable third parties and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants any license or ownership rights in Seronal’s intellectual property, Shopify’s intellectual property, or any third-party intellectual property.

Seronal’s names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or branding of Seronal or its licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission. Shopify’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. Other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans appearing through the Services are the property of their respective owners.

The Services may include access to tools, apps, payment services, analytics services, shipping services, fulfilment services, or other third-party services. We do not control all third-party services and may not monitor or have input into them.

Seronal is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases made through the store are made directly with Seronal.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Seronal, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with Seronal, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services. We may monitor, edit, or remove feedback that we determine, in our discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seronal, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, Shopify, and Shopify’s affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Services, products purchased through the Services, third-party services, shipping delays, product unavailability, content errors, or any related claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which we provide the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You and Seronal consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania, except where prohibited by applicable law.
