Seronal currently ships within the United States.
Shipping rates and available shipping methods are shown at checkout when available.
Order processing and fulfilment
Seronal may work with third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners to prepare and ship select products. Processing and fulfilment times may vary by product, supplier, order volume, destination, carrier conditions, and other factors outside Seronal’s direct control.
Any processing or delivery estimate shown on a product page, checkout page, order confirmation, carrier page, supplier listing, or related communication is an estimate only and is not a guarantee. These timelines may be set or changed by suppliers, fulfilment partners, shipping carriers, or marketplace systems at their discretion.
Delivery and tracking
Tracking information will be shared when it becomes available. Tracking updates may depend on the supplier, fulfilment partner, shipping carrier, and shipping method.
Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed. Seronal is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, fulfilment partners, carriers, weather, labour disruptions, address errors, or other events outside our direct control.
If your order appears delayed, missing, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@seronal.com with your order number and any relevant details.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, Seronal will review the issue, but replacement, refund, or reshipment eligibility may depend on the supplier, carrier, order status, and circumstances.
International shipping
Seronal does not currently offer international shipping. Shipping availability may change as our fulfillment setup develops.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at hello@seronal.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and help determine the next available step, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution depending on the product, supplier, order status, carrier status, and circumstances.
