The Settle Double Square is two cherry-pit squares joined into one, made to drape over the neck and shoulders or rest across the lower back. Warm it for soft, even heat or chill it for a cool, steady weight.

How to use

To warm, heat in the microwave in short intervals until comfortably warm, never hot. To cool, place in the freezer in a sealed bag. Drape across the shoulders or back for a slow few minutes. Always check the temperature before contact.
